First time I went to this restaurant the employee a Hispanic girl. Was rushing my order. It seemed as she was having a bad day. I asked her that I wanted a brocolli cheddar soup. She said that none was available. I told that that a sign should be posted. With a attitude told me that the manager was on site if I wanted to speak. The was no need I was already unpleased with her attitude. Train your employees to be friendly with customers and make eye contact Restaurant was cleaned Food was great Customer service was not acceptable

Flat bread smelled foul and crumbled when I tried to eat my sandwich, when I asked for refund, server stated they were not athorized to give refunds! Will not be going back.

I’m never going to this subway again. Located in 1813 S. Horner Blvd Sanford N.C. Every time I go there they are out of some topping. This time they were out of bacon and lettuce. When I asked for a refund for the bacon they looked at me like I was stupid. They called the manager and told me that I would have to wait for her to come up there and give me $1.50. She lived approximately 10 or more minutes away. I ordered online and the guy who made my food put buffalo sauce on my sub. I asked what it was and he told me buffalo sauce. I told him I didn’t order that on my sub and I cannot eat anything spicy. He said it wasn’t spicy and the other worker next to him said it was. He threw away the sub and made another one. Seriously where do you find these people and how can you not keep your food stocked. They don’t even deserve a star. I left the store without my refund and I will never step foot in there again!

Great food and good staff in store. Only problem is that if you use the app to order food it most likely will not be started when you go to get it. They don't check there online orders often enough.

2 & 1/2 ☆ This subway isn't stocked with all the condiments found in all other Subway restaurants. It seemed to be clean but the 3 employees didn’t seem to work well together. It seemed a if there was some preoccupation with going in the back. Only one could be up front for more than 10 seconds. The other two would come up for a second or 5 & hurry in back. It was odd with 3 workers, only one at a time could be involved with process of finishing orders. They were friendly & it didn't take too long. Lack of condiments just for starters, NO black olives, No cucumber, 2 slivers of lettuce, putile on spinach, didn't really make it taste like my normal Subway sub. I definitely recommend going to another Subway location.
