You guys don’t deserve a star!! It just to be a good place now you guys charge for extra drinks that we don’t get..
So for costumer the one to grab a sandwich make sure you get you receive cause you will be charge extra and they don’t give you refund cause they say only a manager can do that and they will tell you to come back when manager is there. I think is a BS..

Stood in line for almost 30 miniutes with two people in front of me before I was even helped.. girlfriend ordered a BLT and he started putting random meats on it, she had to ask him what he was doing... His response "I've never had anyone order a BLT" what kind of night crew do you have working here.....

This doesn't even deserve a start but I came to this subway and I order 2 Italian B.M.T and a chicken teriyaki and when they put it in oven it was there for about a minute or less the cheese wasn't even melted and the meats were so cold and I told them to heat it up again and they were still cold!!! And besides they were getting mad 🙄

The young man that made my sandwiches both Friday and Sunday night was very courteous very nice and easy to work with thank you for having the 24 hour store in Renton. late-night store now I really enjoyed it and he did make all three sandwiches very well
