Never once has the information on which side of the tracks to be on to board my train been correct. It results in lots of running at the last second and anxiety for me. The station is pretty, and a great location, but I wish the information for boarding was accurate.

The Cleanest of the South King transit stations! I know it's still fairly new;  but since most riders are coming or going to work for one of the two big company's  right here... (No names! ;) _ I am hoping it will stay fairly attended to. I know it is very well managed by Sound Transit Security. The transit... uhm.. (officer?) that was on the platform this morning when I got off of the train; was exceptionally helpful and happy! She even walked me all the way to my bus stop! :)

Definitely one of the safer transit centers in King county- Renton is terrible and DT Seattle to pick up Amtrak passengers is not worth the trouble (ZERO parking DT.) Agree with other reviews, not enough protection from the weather- especially if windy!

Amtrak pick up and drop off. Only stop for "Reservations ". No restrooms.
