Depends on who you get as a server. Today I went in there and the older gentleman working there barely put any meat on my sandwich and then burnt it! I told him about it and suggested to get a new one made but he was just continuing making my sandwich like nothing happened. He then told me that he would discount it (*one whole dollar*), and I just paid for the stupid thing cause I was hungry. Not going here again.

I have gone to this Subway a few times. This is going to be my last visit. The owner hovers over his employees monitoring how much is being placed on the sandwiches. He's very stingy with the lettuce, tomatoes and all the other fixings. The owner was going to charge me for extra meatball sauce. Which should be part of the meatballs. I've been to many Subways and this one is the worst when it comes to having a decent sandwich.

I order a footlong deal of the day and they charged me with $3.00 more because I ask Flatbread. I know it wasn't right because I have been buying sandwiches in every Subway around WA. I try to talk with the manager and his wife started to yell at me because I was asking explanations, I have my right. Then I come back other day and I talked with the manager on the phone, and he said he can't do anything because it wasn't his problem and also becausw he can trust me since it happened a couple weeks ago. I said What??? And then the old ma'am was yelling at me again. I just left without a solution and with the worst service I have ever seen at Subway.

My rating of this establishment is -1! On August 29th, my 10 year old daughter entered the store to use the bathroom and purchase 3 oatmeal raisin cookies. Prior to making the purchase, she needed to use the bathroom. The owner and his wife turned her away. As a result to their gross neglect to pay attention to the needs of a child, she had an accident in the middle of a parking lot full of people who were patronizing the surrounding businesses. I entered the store to find only an uncaring and unconcerned employee who informed me the owner and his wife had just left (they were the ones who had made the decision). I contacted the owner to discuss what had taken place, he expressed that he did not care and it was his right to make that decision. Thing is, there was an older, white, male patron who informed me that he was in fact was in the store when this had taken place. He had been allowed to utilize the facilities prior to making his purchase and did not understand why my little girl had been turned away. I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS TO STOP PATRONIZING THIS SUBWAY! These people don't care about others and lack basic human respect for other humans. They are only concerned with their bottom line and that is making money. What type of person would do this to a child?
