This location is having staffing issues. It did not open until 12:30pm a couple days ago (3 1/2 hours late). They have had employees by themselves during lunch rushes, struggling to serve the customers. They try hard, but either the owner or the new management is not staffing this store correctly. They better get this fixed soon. It is becoming less convenient to go there, and I am not the only one noticing this. I realize that the Battlefield location is probably not a high volume store. If you can't do a better job running this place, just close it down.

Doesn’t have anything prepped, music skips, open signs off. Horrible service. Should really consider running a better subway and stop back talking your customers.

 At the time I visited they only had  1 employee to make 9 subs between my family and other customers on my lunch break with my family. she did an awesome job but maybe she could've had some help. Overall food was good

My daughter and I were treated as a huge inconvenience yesterday. I actually had to get on to an employee for being so disrespectful. The owner or manager need to remind the employees that customers are not an inconvenience, but the reason they have a job.
