My boyfriend and my daughter and me had a bad experience at the Subway today. We paid for 3 sub meals with sandwich cookies and large drink. The girl behind the counter was very rude about giving my daughter and I our large cups. Then she continued to be rude about giving us ( my daughter and I) our cookies. I was getting mad at her attitude and I told her to keep their cookies and that I was going to find out who I need to talk to to make a formal complaint. We went into the Road Ranger and talked to shift leader about the situation and she was very nice about the problem. She gave both me and my daughter one of the Road Rangers big cookies each and said she will go deal with situation immediately. She was very nice and helpful about the rude behavior of the Subway employees. I would like to know who at the Subway office I need to talk to about their rude employees. I have worked customer service for many years and also been assisten manger of customer service and the rudeness of the employees to customers was an automatic firing. Please let me know who I would need to talk to about this.

Not the best place to stop by. I prefer the actual Flying J/Pilot gas stations better. I live not too far from here and this place is last resort. I get an unwelcome feeling here and the employees seem like they have no pride in their job. Go to the Oasis at the exit 145 here in Richland instead if you are a trucker or a local. Much better service and decent food and plenty of parking for you truck drivers.

Literally had to walk through at least 3-6" inches of trash to walk my dog. I know it's hard to keep truck parking areas clean, but at least some try and actually the pics weren't from the back of the truck, but actually at the front of the store! You can probably imagine what the back was like (human feces, urine bottles,.... I'm heaping piles)

We invaded with 3 buss loads of teenagers. It was like a tidal wave of locusts looking for snacks and a bathroom. The 3 people working looked like deer in headlights standing at the registers in front of the ever growing line of babbling, hormonal humans. The bathrooms looked like 9th inning at a baseball park.  I wonder what decade it was since they had been cleaned? I don't even want to know what they looked like after we left. The snack and beverage selection was impressive. You could also buy boot candle holders, crummy chinese toys, overpriced stuffed animals, and any of an assortment of pocket knives and other stabby devices, because a truck stop is where I buy my quality cutlery. The 3 buss loads then departed as quickly as we descended. We're we ever really there? Look in the faces of the 3 workers...

Worst pilot ranger ever stood in line in subway for 10 min.just for the other guy employee came in turned off light,and said they not making anymore sandwiches..The girl working counter looked like she was on drugs..we spend 1,000 of $$ every year at pilots.were long haul truckers.we won't. Ever go back to this one,makes all pilots look bad
