The food is always good and fresh but the service is HORRIBLE! I live in mansfield but will go all the way to the Ava location to avoid having to come to this one purely because of the service. The assistant manager does not greet you and looks at me like she wants me to die. Im not even joking. She barley puts anything on the sandwhich and acts as if my presence there is repulsive. I cannot believe she still has the job with that attitude towards customers. 

 There is one very nice young lady who is helpful everytime though and very pleasant. I rarely see her though but when I get her name, I will update this review. 

I give 3 stars for the food freshness and cleanliness only.
