Went in there and ordered 2 steak and cheese . The boy making then did not use measure cup. Used his hands and gave me about half the meat. Got home and hardly any meat about half what I usually get.

We've had several terrible experiences all around employee quality. Bottom of the barrel hiring practices it seems. So many of our sandwiches are soggy and grossly overloaded with sauce or mayo. We were even told once that they didn't know how to make a salad so we'd have to come back later.

Walked in and waited in line behind 3 customers. In the 10 minutes I stood there the 2 employees hadn't even finished making the 1st customers sandwich.
