Only been here a couple times, but have no complaints.  Standard Subway fare, what you'd expect.  It's located in the Pilot gas station right off the interstate through Des Moines...so if you're heading through town and need a quick meal, this is a good option.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT go here!!!  I have seen some very disgusting things done here with food.  Don’t wash their hands is a major thing.  Wiping faces with gloves hands or rubbing their clothes... then touching food.  This location should be closed and employees fired.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order but was chased away by an employee who had just finished mopping the floor. Mind you, we knew that and had completed our shopping in the pilot portion of the store first in effort to get any slush off out shoes. We went back to the pilot, bought some jerky and left. On our way out we watched him chase away more customers while blowing his nose loudly into his hands. Nice touch.

Not open 24 hours was "closed" with 3 subway employees standing around joking with each other.
