when COLD sweet tea sits for a few days, the sugar starts to go bad and basically turns into alcohol. i got sweet tea today from the subway at west town mall on kingston pike in knoxville and it tasted like just that. they didn’t even switch my cups when i said the tea had gone bad.

I went to purchase a sandwich at 8:30pm and the young lady at the counter said that they were closed. Clearly they were open, so I advised her that I would call and speak with corporate because this did not seem like a normal practice in a mall setting... all of a sudden she was more than ready to serve me. Then they had the nerve to serve someone else 5 minutes later... maybe they knew them. Either way, this Subway didn't deserve a single star... but it was the only way I could right the review. I'm writing corporate next.

Fast and polite staff. Let me tell you, the subs we had here were probably the best hand made subs from any other Subway we've been to. And if you know anyone who loves Subway, make sure to get them a gift card. Great little food court addition for those who are trying to watch their calories. Their soup is always amazing.

Hate to dog a business but when health is at issue I will make an exception. Went to pick up a sandwich for my girlfriend while she was working at another store in the mall. First, the lettuce for the sandwiches was basically soaking in water and was turning pink. I asked the server if she could open up a fresh bag but said they were out. Then, while checking out, a 2"-3" cockroach walked down the sandwich menu board above the toaster ovens. Will never eat here again. Avoid!
