Nice atmosphere at the restaurant. They have an interesting selection of subs. On this visit I had the pizza sub with onion and mushrooms. Very good, well cooked and delivered fast. It seems a bit expensive compared to other sub places without enough extra goodness to be fully worth it. 
Store was very clean and the staff very friendly.

My husband I tried this restaurant tonight and I have to say I did not disappoint who came out fresh and hot and the staff was really friendly especially the team member who was from Florida. Will definitely have to come back again great first impression

The sandwiches come out quickly, and their food is absolutely amazing! I had chicken parmesan and cheese bread. Extremely satisfying, and the price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I usually go to this Penn Station but after my last visit I totally lost my appetite & taste for this business. 
There was a tall guy with glasses and another young guy with locs. I simply asked if I could get the $6 wrap special but with regular bread instead of a wrap. It was fine if I couldn't.. I just wanted to check. The guy kinda looked puzzled and then assured me that it would be fine. I'm guessing he misunderstood me but at the same time he really wasn't trying to understand me. He just started ringing up whatever he wanted to I guess. So I tell him how I want my sandwich, go to the register, pay , and wait. The usual. When they call me up to get my food, he just hands me a bag with half of a sandwich.. regular bread ofcourse. But they had rang me up for like 6 or 7 dollars.. I was expecting a drink and fries. So I ask.. where's the rest of the meal. And the tall guy with glasses carelessly shrugs and is basically telling me that's what I ordered oh well.. he doesn't offer to make it right or add any of the things to correct the mistake to atleast make a meal out of it for me. He did atleast give me a lemonade to drink after asking but the lemonade was disgusting and watered down and he says to me " oh I don't know who made the lemonade today.." I just leave and go to my car where I try the sandwich. It was so disgusting, cold, and sloppy. At this point I am infuriated. But still trying to be patient with these guys. I go back in and ask for a refund and tell him that the food is not to my liking.. sucks that I paid with a card because i'm not even sure that I received the refund back or not. This guy has me wait 20 minutes not worried about if I have other places or things to do as he stands behind the counter looking stupid as if he's busy. 
This guy was so rude and just seemed like he hated his job. The other guy wasn't that bad but ran out to smoke a cig on the side right after he made my sandwich then was quick to ask me if I "Didn't like my food.." as I walked back up to the entrance.
Thanks to these two wonderful employees, I will never be back again.
