Worst subway I’ve ever been to. They don’t know how to make their bread not taste like a stale rock and when you tell the crack head manager that it tastes like a stale rock, she gets mad at you! She had her baby sitting where the food is being made, who does that?!? How unsafe and unsanitary! Why would you even breed when you have a very obvious drug problem!? Smh. Unfortunately all these subways are ran by the same company so don’t expect much improvement from one to the other. Which is sad, I used to love subway, but I guess jimmy Johns will now get my money!

Caitlyn Lux the manager there is completely unprofessional. I go to this subway during my lunch break throughout the week and she is the most rude individual I have ever seen. She talks down to her employees, yells at them over silly things, and every time she gets a decent worker in that building she runs them off. I came in 11/15/2017 for lunch and I was instantly met with hostility because I interrupted her phone call. Well excuse me for you working at a business and me being a customer that wanted what you were selling lady. Then when I asked where her helper that I enjoyed making my sandwiches went, she said she had quit and then bragged that she made her leave. Whoever owns this particular subway needs to fire this person, she doesn’t need to be in charge of people. I’m taking my buisness to cedar bluff’s subway.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was in today during their sandwich buy one get on free day around 1:30 pm on 11/03/2017. I was in line and noticed how rude the manager was to her employees. She cussed out one of them in front of the entire store. Kept jumping onto the other two workers for every little thing they did. She acted like she was on drugs and I couldn’t believe they had someone like that working in there as busy as it was. My sandwiches were okay but I just felt bad for the workers. That lady is nuts.
