Visiting Kalispell from out of town, stopped in at this subway and as soon as walking in the store had a terrible odor. Smelled like rotten meat. I was very reluctant to order but the employees working assured us their meats, cheeses, veggies were made fresh daily. We decided to order, but took it to go because the smell was making me lose my appetite. We got back to our hotel and started eating and as soon as taking the sandwiches out of the package we could instantly smell the horrible odor. My husband said don't eat it we will call them and advise them of the situation and take our subs back. When he called they said we could bring them back in and they'd make us a new one, but were not willing to refund our money. I was not about to order a new sandwich when the place smelled unsanitary, we should've been offered a refund. I think all the deli meat needs to be tossed and replaced, counters wiped and sanitized

Only one person on shift due to one employee walking off the job. This employee never mentioned a word about what happened, it was the guest who wittnessed and passed it on. Everyone was thankful for him being there!!!! He was very efficient, calm, friendly, and saved the owners business. The sandwich was very good and we'll definitely be back.

very clean and nice. one employee was super nice and kind showing the cali love. Give Cash a raise and treat him well he is a great employee and very kind.

Subway is one of our favorite go to for a quick lunch bite or sometimes even dinner or breakfast they have fresh ingredients and the sandwiches are made right there in front of you you can find coupons by getting on their mailing list or by getting their text messages also the cookie coupon on the back of receipts is always worth filling out and Fridays are always free cookie Friday
