The customer service is so bad and the server is so rude with the customer. Every single time, when i come here to buy food, this server always has the bad attitude with me and my family. I gave many chances but this time is the last time. I will not come back again.

I've gone to many Subways in my life, but today's experience with Fitsum tops them all! Fitsum, A very kind and patient young man, was helping people make their sandwiches. He was so patient with the customers in front of me, and despite the challenges they presented, he remain kind and very professional. When he made my sandwich he was personable and asked me how my day was going. I could tell that he appreciated his job and appreciated me as a customer! Amazing job Fitsum!!!! Sean from TMobile!!!

Almost every night the store closes early, the hours posted says that it's open until 10pm, but it's more up to if the last employe feels like staying open closing as early as 9:30. Good service if you can get in well before they close.

I wrote down what I wanted for my mom to order because I have a flu, and apparently the worker there didn't treat her very nicely and kept asking her , "what do you want." I am sorry that my mom's accent isn't the best, but you can understand her just fine. I wrote everything down perfectly fine and legible too if she needed to look at it herself.

Always fast and friendly service. I truly enjoy talking with the staff there. Only one reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there was a mix-up while ordering by phone. In-person ordering is the best.
