Got text saying prescription was ready. Still waiting 45 min later. Not great!

I stop at this location after being at ER to fill out my prescription but, waiting time was 1 :15 minutes so I decided not to get my prescription there and wait until get to my home pharmacy, then 3 hours later I got 2 miss call and voice recorder saying your prescription is ready, I called back to see what was going on because I dropped off my prescription at my local pharmacy, they made me wait 12 minutes on the phone to hang up on me, hope they won call me again.

A pretty good place. It's nice that it's near other places in this area and it's not far from me.

Poor customer service in the store and pharmacy especially! I recently switched to Walgreens pharmacy (been using it long enough for about 9 or 10 pick ups) and they give me trouble every time I pick something up weather making me wait over 30 minutes for a prescription or refusing to refill something until I have seen my dr even though my dr said it should have been fine. I plan to switch and wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Called ahead to ask them if they had a product in stock, they told me they had it and that it was here for when I arrived. I get to the store, look for it up and down and can't find it. I asked an employee and they just simply said "Yeah we don't have that, are you sure you have the right store?" No apology. Misinformation. Made me waste a trip out here. Nice job. I won't be returning.
