I dropped my salad and asked for a new one. The lady said I had to pay for new one. They would not make a new one for free. Every other restaurant I've been to will replace my meal if I drop it. Not coming to this subway location again. 
I left the mess on the floor and watched the lady who denied me a salad clean it up. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I always go into the store to order my food and my order is always great (a very thin indian lady makes it she's great) but this time I ordered online and was disappointed my sandwiches were cold (order was gonna be ready at 12:37 went in at 12:45 and they were finishing up my last sandwich so its not like I got there late and they got cold) and lacked meat (foot longs with only 2 pieces of ham, 6 pepperoni's and 6 salami's). The ham tasted funny and they missed my sweet onion sauce. I will not order online again.

Came here for the first time and ordered two spicy Italians. Order was done, the lady worked quickly

They don't carry mozzarella cheese, they skimp on the cheese, and they said something was 6.30 that was 8.70 on the receipt. (Before the 2.70 meal deal)

Employees are rude and unenthusiastic. They try to overcharge you every time.
