I'm amazed that service could be so bad. I'm not expecting much when I go into a Subway... but wow. After looking up how to make the Spicy Italian (pro tip, it's only 2 meats to remember) he then proceeded to make my wife's sandwich wrong. It didn't get any better from there. 
I only hope that management looks at these reviews and tries to improve the store before you (the reader considering going to this establishment) go in and get food.

Ya this place should close up. The owners, management, and staff are just terrible. Slow service, always filthy. Go to the one in Coppell. Much better.

This place is should be closed or change personnel. We walk in in 9:40 pm September 3rd and girl said "we are wrap up all food".

Ordered an Oatmeal cookie, and when the guy assisting grabbed the cookie it did not look as if he grabbed and oatmeal cookie. So, I questioned it and he immediately replied yes as if there was and issue. So i left the store get to my next destination to find that it was a peanut butter cookie in which I am allergic to. I called the store, the employee informed me that the manager was not in, and after I explained what happened she stated " Ok would you like me to tell my manger?" I said "yes "she said "ok bye". 
Horrible customer service.
