I if could get a away with zero stars I would.... Let's start with Mary, she was the subway representative there to assist in building my family's sandwiches. Mind you she had no actual intention in assisting. The entire time she kept rolling her eyes at me like I ordered everything under the sun. Ordering 2 footings with double meat to conveniently feed 4 isn't a bad idea. Unfortunately Mary's idea of double meat was 1 extra slice of meat on the whole foot long. I have been going to subway and ordering this sub for a very long time, this wasn't double meat, let alone the new version of deluxe meat. As I sat there repeating myself 7 times what vegetables I wanted on my 1st sub she just looked at me and sarcastically said "anything else??", I said "yes I would like honey mustard." She literally squirted less than a dab on the whole sandwich. I understand d cost savings but this is ridiculous. I asked for more and she stated I already put it on your food. This wasn't even everything that happened I will tell you I won't go back to this subway and I would really like to see action taken against Mary. Maybe she needs more training idk. Good luck Country Club and southern Subway, you lost my business permanently.

They had a new person wrap a sandwich wrong. It fell right out of the bag and I had to pay for a new one even though I didn't bag it wrong.

Wish I could give zero stars. The people who own this Subway are horrible! They allow continuous drug activity, drug abusing employees and do nothing about it. They don't know how to run a business or treat their employees. They pay their employees when they "feel like it", which sounds illegal to me last time I checked. They understaff and work them like dogs. That guy making your sub is most likely high as a kite! Oh and let's not forget the women that stand around doing nothing except talking or texting on their phones instead of providing any kind of service to the customers. Bad, bad, bad!! This Subway is one of the worst in Mesa! Boooooooo to the owners!!

I couldn't hope for a better experience, honestly I am so glad I decided to get Subway tonight! There were several people in-line in front of me, and a few cars in the drive-thru, but I hardly had to wait at all. I wish I had gotten their names because the 2 people on staff were both amazing, and I wanna give them props. They were both super friendly and accommodating; made me feel right at home as though my mom were making me a sandwich lol. Even though they were moving very quickly during assembly they were never sloppy, it was impressive. True sandwich artists. Thank you for the best sammich I've had in a long time!!
