Do not use this service, do not trust them for a second. This company is nothing but liars and thieves. They sell an inferior product and the customer service is non-existent. They overbill customers and claim “it’s a mistake” then don’t refund for over a month. Who knows how many other billing errors they’ve gotten away with. I called every day for over 3 weeks before I got my refund. I assume they have cash flow problems as they are running a sham of a business. Every single time I’ve asked for a call back to confirm a change to my account they never call back. They promise coaching and nutritionist support but I’ve never once received a call from them to see how my plan is doing. I have a filed against this company with the BBB. Todd Markley runs this company and he is a liar and a snake. The most dishonest person I’ve ever done business with and he should be ashamed. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. As of 12/15/17 they did not deliver meals for today, their phones ring constantly and their messaging and automation service has been shut off. I assume they closed shop without notice to any of their customers and just took their money and ran.

I purchased over 40 weeks of Success Meals and am on the last few weeks. They are extremely accommodating when it comes to food issues. I can't eat too many eggs, and they portioned my food perfectly to accommodate that. They also did an excellent job at making "healthy food" into great tasting meals. These are NOT TV dinners, they are gourmet meals you eat at home.

I didn't care for a few of the items and received them way too often.  Crunchy green beans and turkey bacon - yuck! However, if you tell them you don't like a certain food, they will find a substitute for you permanently. It was my own fault I received food I didn't like.

Some of the other reviews mention quality control issues and not being able to get a hold of anyone. That certainly was not my experience. I never threw something away from a quality perspective, and someone has picked up the phone every time I've called.

Overall I probably won't purchase the meals again simply because they don't deliver to my home in Leavenworth. If they did, i would purchase again.

Horrible customer service. They will not return phone calls and continually overbill without returning the refunds in a timely manner.

I lost 8 lbs in 2 months!! The food was great. When I called to add "no potatoes" to my meals because of information I read, Mr. Marley explained to me what  "low to mid GI carb" was. Thank you. When I added my 16 year old son to the meal plan, he talked with him and they came up with meals that he could take to school. Thank you!

Thought this program was going to be a great way to track macros.  Some of the food was really good, but there was no quality control when it came to the food that was delivered.  We had mold on food, eggs that smelled funny and were green, and chicken that smelled so horrible one day that everyone had to leave our break room during lunch.  Three strikes and you are out Success Meals.  Cancelled our meals with no refund on remaining meals.  My advice would be to make sure Success Meals has better quality control than they currently have before you sign up for a plan and are willing to issue a refund when they mess up.
