If I could rate it more, I would. I received my pizza 45 minutes earlier than the estimated time was. The pizza and dessert was PERFECT. I have had a great experience every time.

I'm not picking on this one store. In fact this establishment did a five star job... I eat a lot of pizza. And when I see "better ingredients better pizza" on the box and the whole time I'm wishing I'd have gotten any of the other pizza chains instead... It's just not as good in my opinion. Papa John's does not have better pizza... It's just alright... It works in a pinch... Once again I'm thinking never again

Out of the two times I have got pizza here, they have messed my order up two times. Thats a one hundred percent failure rate. I will not be getting pizza from here again and would not recommend this location to anyone. Unless, of course, you live close enough to try and get free pizza out of their incompetence. I truly wish I lived within delivery distance so that I could send it back or complain properly.

EDIT: Since writing that one star review, I have been back to this location several times and have had good experiences. Good orders, good food, no wait times. They have definitely changed for the better. I am changing my review to four stars to reflect this. If I were only basing my review off of the last couple times it would be a solid five, however, I can't ignore the past.

EDIT: Another year has passed and I have continued to receive great pizzas from this location. I feel safe changing my review to 5 stars to reflect the positive changes this location has made.

We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and a large Works pizza with extra garlic butter and pepperoncini peppers what we received 2 hours later was a large Hawaiian pizza and a medium cheese pizza with no extra garlic butter and no peppers and we had already paid $30 cash to the delivery driver so We called immediately about the mistake and were told that the pizza and money would be returned.
 2 hours later no pizza and no money, we called again and were told they would deliver a replacement Pizza and I had to remind them of the money, peppers and butter because we had already paid for that as well.
An hour later ( 5 hours total )  11:00 P.M. and we just got it.
