Hi folks, This is the second review I have made, first one was erased? The City of Rio Rancho could not stop AT&T from building a Cellular Phone Tower in this park. For fear of being sued by AT&T (reason is that THE FCC gave permission to AT&T to build towers in Rio Rancho superseding our rights and protest against them). This was planned a year ago and only people who live 125 feet from this tower were informed as per FCC rules and local pictorials wrote about it. I live 1/2 a mile from Sugar Park and can see this tower :(. This tower will not be regulated by our city as to how much power and radiation (Frequencies modulation) will be used. The Danger is real folks, too our children playing in the park and those who live around more or less than 125 feet! Research FM, Microwave, radiation waves on the web and you will be shocked!

A hidden gem. From my house I noticed a clock tower and went on a quest to discover what it was. What I found was this cute little park.
