Just NO! I have both been a customer and a employee for Panda Garden and it's a two faced coin of bad on both sides. 

Customer- I was born and raised on the west side of the state, so Asian cuisine is a major part of the culture I grew up with. I was always very disappointed with the disses at Panda Garden. They are all very Americanized and really lack good flavor of any kind. It's VERY bland. 

Employee- They were HORRIBLE to me as an employee. I was not allowed to make tips until they deemed me "trained." Even though I worked by myself starting the 3 day! There was really no training at all, but I was still yelled at constantly. At one point there was a mistake made (not even by me, but the girl who did it was off) and I was yelled at so much that a customer pulled me into the side room, slipped my a $20 and told me I should quit because he was abusive. So I did. The only time I've ever quit a job without notice. 

BONUS STORY - The owner threatened to fire me because of my "bad customer service." Since then I was hired a Jerrol's (Customer Service King of Ellensburg) where I did well and had some of the best customer service numbers of the frontline team. Also have completely turned around the reputation of my current job based off my customer service. 👌🏻

Good food, but dont call them unless you want to not get through and/or have to call 6 times.

Great food, big portions but a little pricey.

Rice was good, most the food was bland. Genral tso wasn't a mild hot was not spicy at all and and worse thing is my hubby had a silver medium hair in his lo mein that came with his dinner #1 combo. Probably won't go back.

Well, it is a Sunday and their hours are listed from noon to 10 pm. The message box is full and nobody answers the phone. Tried to get delivery to my hotel.
