I had to try a new place to service my 2003 dodge and the staff at Sullivan made me feel like family and kept me up to date on cost and the time frame for completion.  Very professional and I highly recommend!!!

I have had my car worked on at Sullivan tire for years whatever cars I have owned they do fantastic work they try to save me money and I would hope everyone would give them a try I will be going back forever

They made me appointment had me sit and wait to find out there didnt even have my tires!! AFTER THEY ORDERED THEM ??? Waste of my time went to townfair

DON"T EVER GO HERE! (unless you want to get ripped off) 

I went in wanting a specific tire that the online site said they had in stock. When I got there, I was told that it would take 3 or 4 days to get them. "I recommend putting the OEM tires back on. They'll work best for you." 

Prius OEM's are 195/65rs, he put on, and shame on me for not questioning or researching, 185/65rs! He claimed that my wheels had "oxidized" and needed scraping. They mounted and "balanced" the tires. 

I got new tires because I was leaving on an extended vacation and would put a lot of miles on my car. From the beginning I noticed a new vibration, especially at freeway speeds. About half way to FL I noticed that the speedometer was saying I was going faster than my GPS claimed. I did the research, and the smaller tires covered less distance per revolution. SO, I was now wearing out my car faster!!!

The vibrating got worse so I took it in to a toyota dealer and found out that the tire were out of balance. Since the vibrations started when the tires were mounted, my guess is that they never balanced the tires. 

I just had the tires rotated, but the tires are now cupped, noisy and the vibrations is worse. All because they put the wrong tires on. They now have 8k miles.

First, I called looking for studded tires, one employee said "I'll call you back tomorrow". He did, I missed it, called them back, and the next employee I asked said yes that they have them. So I went there, waited an hour and a half for two tires, only to find out they never even put studded tires on! So I went back in, and asked, "hey, are these studded tires?" The guy said no. And that I "never asked for them". The only word that ever came out of my mouth describing the type of tires I wanted was "studded" nothing else. So then they try to have me wait for two days while they order the right tires, and pay $340 for TWO of them. Absolutely absurd.  And they tried pushing up-sells on me. 

That was my first experience with Sullivan tire. And I promise that I will never return.
