It's a nice place but does have it's flaws. I love my home but hate where it is located. I wish I would have been told that my house in on the same street as the maintenance yard is. Omg its nothing but trucks, bucket trucks, and haul away trucks going up and down the street alll day long. The summer is the worse. Demolition truck hauling torn down houses down to the maintenance yard. Nails and screws droped on the street and I myself had to buy 2 new tires because of construction nail that droped on the street. The place itself I love, but I hate the street I live on. Told office about both of my tires and never got an offer to help with new tires. Oh well. Like I said I love living there but hate the street. I do recommed it. New management has really turned it around.

Roe the manager thinks she's something special. Definitely on a power trip!! A place needs rules, I understand that but being rude and makes up rules as she goes is not only illegal for tenant rights but not good for business.  To be honest 90% of people I've talked to don't like her.  If owner only knew how many people were advised to not purchase a home because of her she wouldn't have a job.

Dont do it! Overpriced, management rides around with clipboard and harrass me over little clutter, but does nothing over leaking sewer in back, and roots pulling shed up.Also rent was due one month on Saturday.I paid Sunday.First time late ever.They charged me late fee even though they had no intention to cash check during weekend.Managers think they God.Rumor has it the selected few get away with late rent and other things.They too dumb to get a real job.Keep changing managers.Certain worker has characteristics he on dope.Also they raise rent in this trailer park every year.They always miserable.Also neighbors are nosey.They old single women with nothing to do but cause trouble.They have thier nose at the park office and management reacts to petty nonsense like scared puppet .Please heed my stern warning, get a small house.There is a reason so many for sale here .

Great area, neighborhood, clean, friendly. Nice pool. Would move there if I could.

It seems that everyone I talked to was polite. It also seems like a little bit older people. Very clean.I got a place there.
