I had an appointment with the Prosecutors office  on 1/4/2018. Upon leaving, I had a problem with my payment card. I kept inserting it, and the automated voice repeatedly kept asking me to "insert/reinsert". After trying for  at least 5 minutes, I got out of my vehicle and  approached the window where the attendant was.  She could clearly see that I was having a problem.She was OBNOXIOUS as well as nonchalant, and refused to help me. The weather was SO frigid and I went back to  the machine. I continued to try to get it to work for about another 5-6 minutes...in a panic. To the attending  African American girl with the blue hair .  Your job is not hard. YOU are lucky to have a job. If you do not like your job, please allow someone else  to take your place . As I told you yesterday, and I will repeat it now...You  are worthless

It's a parking deck, what can you expect. The workers don't really want to be there, and the place has fairly expensive fees. Not the worst, but certainly not the best. Usually pretty crowded due to the proximity with the county offices.

Parking attendant was a complete piece of ^*+# !! Bosses could care less I would park at Childrens if I were you !!!!! Or anywhere else.
