Came in for a simple thermostat replacement I could easily do myself.  Quoted double the labor time because I was told they had to take the front fender off, which is total BS.  2 possibilities here, either they figured I had no idea what was involved and trying to screw me or they actually had no idea how to replace the thermostat.  Either way, I left and took it to another shop and paid half.

If it sounds fishy, get a second opinion.

This is my second time coming here and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. They went out of their way to look at problems that I did not initially come in for. The prices are also very reasonable for the budget of a college student like myself! I will always recommend Sun Auto Service to anyone looking for good car repairs! :)

I've always gone to big business names for my car maintenance and always spent more than I should. Sun auto is truly a fair price and completely honest car shop. The guys there are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Myself being a woman they take they're time to make sure I understand what is going on and give me the best advice. Most car shops always find a problem and make you feel pressured to spend more than you should. I always leave a happy customer. They most certainly have my business.

I called about an oil change Friday morning (9/30). Was greeted by Rick, who was very polite and helpful. Set up an appointment for an hour later. When I came in Devin was helping the customer in front of me. He was clearly explaining the product, procedures and warranties. I could tell it was a well run, professional shop. Great price on the oil change. Excellent service. Will be back.

Great service & integrity! After going through hell with my Buick Enclave's electrical system shutting down multiple times while I was driving, the dealer insisted there was nothing wrong with my car and said it wasn't a safety concern. Not true. I was referred to Sun Auto and I cannot express my gratitude enough. They discovered the problem, and did a wonderful job fixing it. I would never go anywhere else. They're honest, good people dedicated to providing the best customer service. Their dedication to resolving this major safety problem was incredible.
