Just tried to walk in to ask a simple question about a pair of glasses I purchased from them and they had their doors locked 10min early and the cashier just stared at me looking stupid as I pulled on the handle as If they locked the doors at the correct time!! If I could give them zero stars I would!

I'm not even sure which one it was in this area. They screwed up the labels and I'm out over $149 for almost two weeks because the receipt didn't match the item I purchased and they wouldn't accept my return. I highly recommend using American Express credit cards when purchasing here since they're good at refunding you up front.

I was in the store today when I was told to leave my the manager just because of the fact that my fincee works at another store that sells the same sunglasses. On top of this he wasn't in uniform and he pointed out another customer to show me who was a "real customer" is. And that I'm just wasting his time and money because that time that he would have spent on me he could have sold a pair and made money. They are paid off of commission.
