The woman that sits in the second chair had the worst customer service! When I first went in, I had a picture of a nail design that I really wanted. I asked if she could do it. She said yes. Then she started painting my nails and when I asked if she was going to do the design, she slammed the nail polish on  the table, and was ,"like oh you want me to do a design now?" she kept slamming the nail polish on the table, she cut my skin on multiple fingers, and she has the biggest attitude problem I have ever seen!!!!!!! But then when it came time for me to pay and when it came time for the tip she had the biggest smile on her face and was trying to be nice.  She was rushing through my nails and they are so sloppy. there are chunks of acrylic, some nails are longer than the others, and the filing of my nails are uneven. I am never going there again!!!!!

Horrible place! Had my nails done at this place to give it a try but it was a mistake! Had a no chip manicure done, chrome color. My nails looked ugly!! My nails were so bulky, uneven. This place needs to have better nail technicians!

came here for the first time thought I give it a try since I was already in the mall .   Very rude employees and they did a terrible job  they rushed on my full set .  The place is extremely  crowded definitely not worth spending your money in such terrible service  .

Yet, another great find! This Sunny Nails salon gave me such a pleasant experience!! I had such a kind and fun person helping me out today. This tech did such a phenomenal job. This salon has amazing customer service and I really adore the interior. Amazing job on my manicure. Took her time and with great detail. Recommend to come here if you are on a budget they do it for cheap and well!

Disappointed. They need to focus on quality not the quantity. Doing "half-assed" job just to get done with customer as soon as possible and to get another one in won't bring more business in a long run. My cuticles were half way done or completely untouched. Nails were filed in the most crooked way possible and the color was done horribly too, painted over the cuticles which were not removed or even pushed back. Won't be going back there are many better places around.
