I went in a while ago and the owner worked on my hair.  She took over an hour to cut my hair and didn't even ask what I wanted - I swear each strand was cut at least 10 times in a fashion I didn't want.  When in came time to use a brush/comb she opened a cabinet in front of me to retrieve the items and had to pull out hair from the brush.  They were very unsanitary and disgusting.  All told I was there for over two hours and just could barely suppress my anxiety to leave.  I will never go there again, and I know people in my neighborhood equally disgusted with her.

I loooooove this place! I just had my haircut done, and it is the most amazing haircut i have ever had, i used to have a long hair, for more than 10 years, and today i got this feeling about having a change. I got exactly what i wanted! I had to hug her, Turkan, the owner, did fantastic job! I have some sort of bob, longer one, i showed her a picture of some famous girl i found on the Internet and i got the exact same thing. Wonderful, i am super happy. 
My boyfriend and I go together to have our haircuts done. It is clean, lovely place, and I always have a great treatment.

I just had my cut and blow dry done by Turkan (owner/stylist). 

She was nice and professional, paid attention to what I wanted and did a great job! I just moved into the neighborhood and was a little scared of walking in and putting myself in the hands of a new, unknown stylist as I've had some bad experiences before. Not this time! 

I have long straight hair, very frizzy. She did an awesome job reviving my old layers and adding some new ones and my hair looks smooth and shiny. I asked her to just trim the ends cause I want it to grow a little longer and she actually listened. So many other stylist just go ahead and chop your hair off even if you ask them not to. 

She took the time to do a good job, but she didn't keep me there for almost 2 hours like it happened to me at hair cuttery. Very happy to have found this place and Turkan! Prices are ok as well, even though you can find cheaper places.. maybe 10 bucks cheaper. 

I will go back for sure!!!
