I have been coming to this place for over 10 years until today! The lady was rude and asked me to remove my jacket. I refused and told her no because I was cold. She proceeded to call the next lady customer over. Service has gone downhill fast. Your employee refused to cater to a loyal customer and for that I refuse to come back. If I could I would give this dump of a business 0 stars!

I did not like there service all. They have very rude India works there . I went for first time eye lash extensions for the 25 for a week stay . They do it fast and a sloppy job . They had extra glue that glued my bottom hair, which she had to separate that cause my bottom lash to be pulled out and leaving me with a clump of glue on the top . Then she tried pulling off the glue with sharp tweezers. I said stop before u make a bigger mess . Then I left say out loud that the last time I’ll come here. I would give them a -1.

Giving 3 stars because the woman did a good job with my eyebrows but she was rushing it a lot. She wasn't gentle with my eyebrows at ALL. It hurt a .....lot, I understand the need to get every strand of hair but a please be gentle next time.

Used to come here A couple years ago but was never satisfied with how they did my eyebrows found a new place which I love because they listened and helped me get my eyebrows back to the thickness I wanted because the ladies at Threading concepts made them thinner and thinner. Had to unfortunately go back to threading concepts today because the place I always go to was already closed. Before she started I told her to NOT make them thinner. JUST A CLEAN. And when she finished my eyebrows were for sure thinner! I told her and she replied with "No they're the same" did not want to argue so I just paid and left. I USED to have long thick eyebrows that always got complimented and now they're just thinner than ever. I will never go back here again because they ALWAYS mess them up and the ladies are just rude. Stay hairy ladies, but don't come here!

I give this place a one star rating due to the unfriendly service they provide.  I hope it's not hard for the workers to actually realize that you can say things in a respectful manner without being rude. It's completely unprofessional and it's just driving away customers.
