I came in for a scheduled maintenance and Eddy was very helpful and courteous with making sure I was taken good care of. 

His staff was very friendly and polite, and the receptionist even offered me a bottle of water when there was a Culligan water machine right next to the guest area. 

This shows me that the level of customer service they extend to their customers is consistently offered beyond the initial process of car-buying.

Loved my Salesperson: Christian and my Financial Officer Alex.  They made the job painless.  This is my 3rd Kia with this dealership and when I shop for #4 I will be back.  In and out in about 2 hours with my new car.

Save your time and go somewhere else. Went in to see a car I saw listed online. Very pushy and rude. Jacks prices up with hidden fees. Being a first time car buyer I felt very taken advantage of and uncomfortable the whole time. Everytime I mentioned I wanted my mom here to cosign the guy kept saying "no we don't need her" when I made It so clear I wanted her there to cosign whether I got approved on my own or not. I told him from the VERY beginning I was NOT buying the car today but he made me tell him what I was willing to put down on the car before I was even allowed to see the car. Then towards the end got mad and had an extremely rude attitude towards me when I said I was not writing him a check tonight. He said, and I quote , " so why would you even come look at the car if you weren't gonna buy it tonight" let this be known this was the first time I ever even saw the car. I didn't know you had to buy a car within an hour of ever seeing it.  I really did love the car I went to see and had full intentions on going through with the buy with my mom present but solely because of how this place is ran I will not buy a car from there. This is not how you treat people. I'm a young girl and just felt very very uncomfortable when he made me sign a thick packet of papers that I had no clue what they meant and what they were for. I will never step foot back in this place again. Maybe they should learn manners and work with people to where they actually want to come back to buy the car rather than shoving papers down their throats and demanding a check the first time they ever even see a car and losing a sale.

I had the most amazing experience here! I got myself in a bind on some miles in a lease and Leo in finance spent almost two days working out a deal for me to make sure I got out of that bind in the most affordable way, and he managed to get  me into a brand new 2017 optima that I absolutely love! I got to work with Mike Culley in sales and he test drove car after car with me and had an answer for all of my questions, he was so knowledgeable on all of my interests in different cars, he took into consideration my own personal styles and wants and found the car suitable for me! He was very hospitable in making sure I didn't want or need for anything, and even offered to go somewhere to get me lunch because I didn't eat breakfast that morning! These guys went above and beyond customer service, they truly love what they do and enjoy helping people. I highly recommend visiting Napleton Northlake Kia, it's the only place I trust going to! :-)
