I've been going to Sunrise Day Spa to treat my Plantar Faciitis.  I have gotten better results from this treatment than I did with Surgery and Physical Therapy.  Highly recommend them for this and regular massages too.

I took my wife here for the couple's massage. The one hour massage was just awesome. Both my wife and I left totally relaxed wanting more. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Be careful of the pressure you select.  The deep tissue massage can be a bit hard for some but for me.... ahh is all I can say.

As someone who has had 4 back and neck surgeries and dealt with muscle and joint pain for 30+ years, I've learned to seek out and appreciate a quality massage.  Do not waste your time with commercialized massage chains that require memberships and charge you for treatments you never use. We found the Sunrise Day Spa after living in Manchester for 4 years and were very sad to move away and no longer have access to their services. 

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, strong as you need them to be and best of all, in my opinion, cheap. Rooms are very clean, private, safe, and comfortable. 

Get the foot massage and neck combo and you'll be hooked and coming back for the two hour full body massage. I'm back in town for a only few days and I had to book a session. You won't be disappointed.

This is my favorite place to go(Ballwin). Normally I walk in, either early in the morning or late at night and they are always able to take me. I'm horrible at making appointments so it is great with my schedule. I never have just one therapist I go to. Each one has listen and followed through with request. Never rush, very affordable, and a FULL 60 min! Not 60 min with a 45 min massage.  They are the BEST!
