 We came to look a mobile homes for my Mother on a wednesday afternoon. Hopeing to find a quite place for her a her dog.  and other nice people, But what we saw made us move on.  loud Cars coming and going, motorcycles, Atvs, VW Dunebuggies. with loud exhaust revving their engines up and down the road.   We talked to a few people that lived their.  (trying to walk their dogs)  they said the Noise is a every day thing here, and their looking to move to.   Loud cars, trucks, Motocycles, ATVs ..racing around here all day.  management and the supervisor said they can't do anything it a public road.   the same road that the parks has to use.  also they said the rent goes up $20 every 6 motnths.  we waited for the manager over 45 mins..  after what we heard and saw what happens here.   we left and never look back.
