The place has a really amazing package. You get quiet and family-friendly place with nice neighborhood. Washer/dryer in unit and backyard add a lot to the apartment given that I did not have these in my previous housing. Also, the staff is really courteous and respectful especially Marie, the community manager. Maintenance is great. Wish they will keep up the good work!

We have been here since July. We really like this place. It is family friendly, always clean, the maintenance is amazing and swift, importantly the management is nice. Unfortunately, we have to move out since we are going to another state, but if were not leaving definitely we would stay here longer. We never had any issues for the house. We moved into a renovated unit with new appliances, the house was pristine we moved in. Before moving, there were no ceiling fans in any of the rooms, which was annoying to us. However, we requested from Marie to have them installed before our move in date, which thankfully happened. They are really cooperative and courteous. I am enjoying living here. I will miss it so much.

I moved into the Villas in January and the unit was not at all how we expected it. We got the renovated unit, however, the painters did a very poor job and many of the renovations seemed very rushed. We also wanted the bigger yard and the yard we received was all dirt and leaves. This being said, Marie and Jordan have been super helpful with every issue we have had! They are super nice and responsive. We had maintenance out immediately to fix a majority of our issues and they even arranged for us to get new sod! It may have been a bit of waiting, but I absolutely love this place and so does my dog!

UPDATE: Our air conditioning broke right when summer hit and maintenance was great! Angel came out almost every day to check and tried everything he possibly could to fix the problem right away! You don't get this amazing staff at other places!

I've been here for 10 years, it's a great family (and dog!) friendly place.  Maintenance gets right on problems, the office staff is the best.  Marie has been here for a while now and she runs a tight ship.  They are friendly, eager to help and do their jobs well.  The actual homes are a bit small and most were built in the 70's so their are occasional issues with water or sewer and many roof problems (though never for us).  No place is perfect, but this place is home.

I have been here over 2 years and Maria has always taken care of myself and my german shepard Ziva.  We love the dog park the most!!
