Do NOT move here. You literally hear everything your neighbors do next door. Now imagine if you have inconsiderate people living next door. Yeah, it feels as if they are in same apartment as you. You will first be under a trance as you  see the shiny clubhouse, and well maintained gated community. After you start living there you will feel ripped off. It would be different if I lived somewhere where the rent was $800. Each and every resident should be taken seriously and catered to for the money spent each month. I basically live next door to big foot and the clubhouse employees  fail to do anything serious.This is because apparently even thought it sounds like a party next door at 5:30AM that:"oh they just moved in. We need to give them time to settle in." To say that my walls shake is an understatement. I purposely chose the third floor to avoid issues. Having such thin walls, inconsiderate people next door, and management that does not make you top priority basically leaves you in regret. So if you want to live somewhere that looks shiny, but once you're there you find yourself counting your days till the lease is up... Go for it. It will be exactly that.

Newly built, well maintained apartments. The pool and the recreational area are modern well equipped. There is a complimentary tire pressure and car wash station within the complex. Multiple BBQ grill are available too. The apartments are quiet spacious and value for money.

Grounds could have been kept up better there were lots of mosquitoes. And the grass has not been mowed in some time

By far the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff is very helpful and nice, especially Randi and William. The amenities are exceptional and the apartment is beautiful, as it is brand new.
