Used this as a traveller. I was wary of the poor reviews but this place was great! Washers start at $2.75 for the small ones pictured and increase by size of washer to $4, $5 etc. The dryer was $0.25 per 5 min cycle. There are detergent and dryer sheets available for $1 each. The machines were clean and organized. Exactly what I needed
Pretty cool laundromat just my clothes after using the washers don't have that fabric softener nor detergent smell and my whites didn't come out white. Might be because I used the pouch detergent???? Will try one more time. Other than that, the attendant is really cool and super nice that works there.
The attendant is always so pleasant and nice and always give me really good compliments. Great customer service way to go! And way to go on those new machines in there when I need to drive my clothes until I can purchase me another dryer
One of the worst businesses I’ve ever come across during a decade of national and international travel. I’ve used wash and fold services dozens of times across the country and world. They unapologetically robbed me. The unbelievably rude attendant, who was never in attendance, refused to even check the weight of my clothes. I brought in 9.7 lbs, got the hotel to actually check she charged me $25. This place is a scam. A rude dirtbag den of thieves. I’d rather wear clothes dragged through a stable than go to this sham. They actually display $1.25/lb, but won’t touch the scale they have! DON’T GO TO THESE THIEVES. Not to mention the unattendent forgot to wash my clothes so I had to come back the next day to finish getting rolled by these bandits.
The short lady is very disrespectful and nasty towards costumers I put two dollars in the dryer and it didn't work and I told her she switched dryers and put only a dollar and when I asked for my other dollar she told me to talk to the owner tomorrow. But she is the manager so disrespectful
This washer has been here for decades these new owners came in here changing around everything no snacks and the vending machines , wanting us to buy from them ! They made the prices on the washers higher and lowered the minutes on the dryer just coming to our community being money hungry ‼ SCAM
So I work here I treat everyone with a warm friendly atmosphere when they come thru the door I keep the place clean and comfortable and am available whenever you need assistance .I love my job and enjoy talking to customers and getting to hear their stories.i work 7 to 10 everyday a.m and p.m so come see us and you'll see a not so fun chore turn into a otherwise pleasant experience open 7 to 10 pm last wash has to be started a8:30 p.m.wash dry fold service done I a hour or hour and half....let us take a load off ya.....
I have been coming here for years!!!!! lately my last couple visits the customer service was awesome the lady JEN had the place clean and fresh my only problem my clothes did not come clean like usual upgrade the washers first instead of going up on the washers ….
The new white lady needs to be fired not very friendly and begging people for money to buy cigarettes and folding clothes without asking then expecting money. She has no idea what area she's in she needs to go back to Pinellas county...
My washer stopped working, great/cheap place to get laundry done. Prices surprised me since its in downtown Orlando.
