Usually bring our massage sheets (30 sets) from my business to the drop off. I just left and was told today that I couldn’t drop them off because they won’t be done the same day. I told the girl that it was okay and that I just needed to drop them off and needed to pick them up late tomorrow or early Monday. She said that she’d get in trouble if she couldn’t get them done the same day. The staff is great and I appreciate the same day service but unfortunately my business to the laundromat will be taken else where. My time is VERY limited and I can’t afford to make multiple trips on my already tight schedule. Definitely a huge chunk of wasted time today only to be turned away and need to find something more reliable.

I don't usually write reviews but I am so elated to write this review. First off, the renovations are amazing. They even have cell phone charging stations. I was also surprised that a laundry attendant was knowledge on how things worked and offered help without you asking! If I could give a higher rating I would. They are clean, the machines actually work, and they had TVs that work! If I am in the area again I will definitely be back to these folks. Great Job Sunshine Cleaners..

today I went to clean my very expensive rug and let me tell you, the best part of being a responsible adult is tending to my own laundry in the peace and comfort of this little cozy establishment. let me tell you, it's amazing. i went there--washed it--and because it was so expensive, i surely made certain to keep an eye on my possessions, so anyways, i also dried it and took it home to lay back where it belongs. the girl Clerisso was just so fantastic truly makes my home town of Port St Lucie all that cozier. Also I love how all of their signs are in english and spanish. I love my country and it's diversity. PSL, FL, USA

If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would.  I washed an entry carpet, bathroom mats, and comforters on Friday Evening.  I didn't notice at the time, another customer put their laundry in with my entry carpet as I was tending to my other machines to dry my other loads of laundry. 

Once home I realized my carpet was missing.  It was too late to contact the laundromat so I waited until the next day - Saturday.  I spoke with Clorissa and was told that my carpet was there.  I was unable to get there before she left for the day and said I would be in Sunday to pick it up. 
 When I arrived on Sunday Clorissa stated that she didn't know where my carpet had gone and that I should contact the manager on Monday.  

I called on Monday as advised by Clorissa, to contact Tom, the manager.  Clorissa answered the phone and when I asked to speak with Tom Clorissa stated that, he would not get on the phone.   I have to assume TOM is the owner as well and condones this type of customer service. 

(by the way they have camera's however they did not want to rewind to the date and time to see who took them).

I'm sorry to say this type of establishment is in my home town of Port St. Lucie.
