I hate this place.  I've had to argue with them about overfilling the oil and leaving my washer reservoir and tires alone.  In the past, they didn't carry the filter for one of my cars, so I just brought my own for this oil change and asked them to use it.  (They do carry the filter now.)  At checkout, I was asked to pay full price, no discount for bringing my own filter.  I showed them the Amazon page with its price, $13, and they didn't budge, continuing to argue, saying, "You told me to use your filter, so I used your filter."  Everything about how they operate is antagonistic toward the customer.  I've said it before but I mean it this time: I'm never coming back.  Get your oil changed somewhere else and do the car wash separately.  This aggravation isn't worth it.

Unfortunately there is a minimum of one star, I wish I could give these guys a zero. 
I took my new (700 miles) car there for an oil change, they managed to misplace the oil filter or God knows what and damaged my engine. 
The assessed damage is about $6k of repair, plus car rental, workdays lost etc etc.
The funny part is that after the oil change I drove away, the oil leaked out and the engine broke down. I called them up and ask them to come and take a look at what they had done. They came, top up the oil again pat my shoulder with an idiotic smirk on their face and tried to convince me the engine was just fine. 
Please do yourself a favor stay away from this establishment.

Good place for a quick oil change/car wash. Occasionally they'll try to up-sale however, the oil change side is better than average.
Last two visits, they didn't have 10w30, strange...
