Generally a very good wash with good prices, but don’t go when they are busy. The crew seems to get overwhelmed when busy, at times leaving cars to just dry in the sun, barely wiping down the interior, and generally rushing through every step. Go early in the morning if you can and you’ll get a quality wash.

The employees are great and Management is very friendly, just keep an eye out for anything that might be missed. Side note: I love coming here.

Got a full car wash (4 star for about $30). They washed my mats, shined tires, cleaned and conditioned my seats, wiped everything down, and and vacuumed twice. It took about a half hour but they didn't miss a spot. I definitely felt like i got my money's worth and would come back again! Especially since my 6th wash would be free :)

Update: just got another car wash here and there was an issue which I brought up to the manager. He resolved in right away and was very respectful and professional. I Also asked the workers to redo the sides of my seat which still had some crumbs so he pulled my car over to the side and redid the whole car. It's refreshing to be at a place in Brooklyn (esp a car wash place) that doesn't give me attitude. 

I will still travel 40 min to get here.

Horrible!!! Save your Money!!!! Manager is rude!!! Bad attitude, worst customer service I experienced for car washing in Brooklyn. I saw crumbs and dirt particles all over back seats and floor mats, even after I went to complain the 1st time about it. The manager said “you get what you pay for, nobody is ever happy” and didn’t bother vacuuming properly even when leaves and dirt crumbs were still visible! Went twice through the wash and still dirty afterwards and the workers did not dry car professionally!!! Left water marks everywhere! Stay away from this place!!!! They do a quick job - unfinished!

I thought it was fine. Not the most amazing detailing job, but they hit the important parts and it was fast.
