Wait times are beyond ridiculous. Even drive thru. Manager kept me waiting 1 1/4 hours for our scheduled appointment, then laughingly said she was late because of her daughter's slumber party. Manager has no regard for customers time. She routinely leaves her office while customers that are working with her sit at her desk, and socializes with every person out on the floor. I hate this bank and will be changing soon. No Saturday hours anymore either.

I was in the drive through line for over 15 min. With three people behind me. The people were nice but they need more staff.

Cinda was very helpful and sweet. She made everything painless and easy, and she was very informative. She will be who ask for when I go.
