This place is in a good location, easy to see from the street, small parking lot, in my personal experience the customer service was great, my only issue is that there is only one ATM And is a drive up ATM, And it's the only ATM inside and outside the bank.

They sent a bill pay check of $1523.00 to my Lanlord, June 2017 , the check made out to a business was cashed by someone they have admitted that , with no ID nor endorsement . Had to send another check to Lanlord. I have had 3 meetings with Carmen at the bank which has tried to get through fraud department but to no avail . 8 months later and many meetings they are now putting the burden on me or where the check might be !! Now they have refused to answer my calls the last 3 times I have called . They record the calls so I can assure no language nor threats were made . Will definitely take it public ,
UPDATE: Went to the branch once again , their solution was to make me sign a notarized letter and also my Lanlord had to sign one as well that we did not cash the check. Also to give Wells Fargo the permission to investigate their own mistake!! 1 month after 1st review I called to see if any progress and they have misplaced or lost letter signed from Lanlord. They said we will have to start progress over again !!

I just have to say all the other reviews here are completely wrong and probably from problem customer who just didn't get their way. Kelly the manger is amazing and really cares about her business and customer. Katy the main teller is everything. Dan is the man. Gloria is straight to the point and strong, with a heart of gold, everybody there is professional and great

Every time I walk into this branch I never know what I am going to get into. The “personal bankers” are often uninformed and act like they have not been properly trained to assist customers. An example of this is when I had an issue of missing money from an inherited CD placed into an IRA. The IRA account manager at first could not give me a straight answer and after repeated questioning finally said it was taxes. Later I found out that it was a projected market value of CD, so no money was missing at all. The account manager doesn’t know this? He never gave me the right answer and in fact, gave me a false answer regarding the taxes. Eventually I will move my money out of this sorry excuse for a bank.

This location is sucks. It is the absolute worst bank ever! They are so stupid and do not care about their customers at all. I've gone there multiple times and had to go through about 10 different people to find out what was happening to my money. Then when one day o got so sick and tired of having it in an account, I asked to close my account. They were mean gave me a terrible attitude and no one wanted to close my account the manager asked why? And I was like Look, it's my money I want what's left of it and I'm closing my account, end of story." Finally got it closed, came back on another time with my mom, and they gave her heck and were so rude. No one wanted to take accountability for money that she transferred and they must've put it in someone else's account. We've been with these idiots for 30 years, and have been nothing but loyal customers...but the way they have treated us here at this branch...NEVER AGAIN. We're going to get another bank, and I suggest anyone else banking there, get while you can. Huge disappointment to the Deland community. You people have no manner no education no responsible compassionate tellers and no Conscience!! You disgust us.
