Surety Bank has been an excellent place to do business with. Missy has been able to answer all of our questions and has helped us either directly or put us in touch with the people who can. We look forward to doing more with them in the future as we continue to expand our own business - we know we can count on them for any support we may need!

I come into Surety Bank every 7-10 days. Service is prompt and courteous. If I have a question I get an answer with an explanation. The staff is friendly and many of them recognize me and call me by name. In addition, they remember personal conversations we have had in the past. This is why I prefer a community bank.

If you love great customer service, then you will definitely love this bank. Got tired of always going into the BIG banks and feeling like a number. The folks that work here know you by your name, and you always see the same faces unlike the other banks where you get someone new every time!

Sure would be nice to have after hours tech support for online banking when you have an issue with online banking.
