Longtime Suntrust customer, have had business banking with Suntrust from day one 7 years ago, 3 merchant processing accounts, online payroll, etc. On the business side, we've been somewhat happy, although we are effectively locked into Suntrust because of the expense and time to move all of those accounts to another Bank. This particular branch drives me insane and led my wife and I to move all but the bare minimum of our personal money, which is not an insignificant sum, from Suntrust to a Capital One 360 account (which pays 1.3% APY). 

Business banking does not allow you to deposit checks with a smartphone. This means you have to go to the branch during business hours or use the ATM. Since we work during banking hours like most hard-working people, we opt for the ATM. Problem with this ATM is it is horrible at check deposits. If you're depositing one check, it's about 90% successful, more than one that's the same size, 75% successful, and I have yet to get their ATM to accept multiple checks of different sizes. I've reported this to the bank and they act like this is the first they've heard of this issue. 

There is one person here that is helpful, Aldo. However, he's not there all the time. I had a very bad experience at this bank a year or so ago, no need to get into the details, but he was the only reason I didn't jump ship right then and there. This past Saturday, they were severely understaffed and we would have had to wait well over an hour to change my wife's last name on the account. This is unacceptable and we are moving all of our money to a different bank. 

This branch needs reorganization big-time. Carolyn Pikuza at the Clint Moore branch in Boca is extremely helpful, but that branch is a 30 minute drive. Greg DeLorenzo, when he was employed with Suntrust, was the best person I have ever dealt with in the banking industry.

What they say is true, people only write reviews if they have an overly positive experience, or an overly negative experience. It is obvious from the reviews of this branch what people's experiences have been.

Never coming back, because the lady cashed my check and literally just throw it at me didn't count the money in front of me at all. If you guys dealing with issues at home, you should leave it at home and don't bring it work where you're face to face with loyal customers.
I hate bad customer service!
