I've been banking with PNC for years and have been happy with them from day one. I've recommended several friends who now also   Share the same thoughts and  opinion. The staff at this particular branch are always beyond friendly with a consistent display of fantastic customer Service.

Excellent customer service!,  Had been with my previous bank for over 25 years, they simply grew too big and forgot about me.  PNC returned that personal service I have be missing for so long.  Extremely please with PNC Bank and could not be happier I made the switch.

This branch is the best bank branch(including other Banks like chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc)I've ever dealt with, Guisella(Gigi) was super awesome, professional, respectful, helpful, kind, patient.
I've been with pnc for more then 2 years now and the experience has been excellent, I've visited 2 other branches and they were ok, but this branch rocks! Thanks for the dedication and help!

The teller was literally the rudest person I have ever dealt with.Instead of helping and answering questions she avoided me and probably was on Facebook. She treated me like I was stupid and below her. Sure hope I don't get a call cause they get 1 star from me. Definitely closing my account.
