We walked in we were greeted very bad . The girl with the bright pink hair looked had a pissed off look didn't even say hello she was being rude .on top of everything she was talking like she was asleep or on drugs I will NEVER EVER DARE to step my foot in this door ever again with the most poor ass service I have ever received in an establishment . Someone needs to replace her. Walked right out I wasn't about to let her negative vibe cut my childrens hair. I would rate this place a negative or 0 .

I recently had a great experience with the service I received with the stylist Liz. She took her time and was very professional. I enjoy that she understands the importance of communication. For instance: while during my cut there was confusion with a walk-in customer who believed she reserved her eyebrow service at your store but it was actually a different location. Understanding people's personal bubbles with embarrassment she quietly whispered to me she would be right back. I understood this was to assure the customer that it was okay and they had the time to take care of her there.  With a great since of humor she can deliver a rather easy going experience to someone who is rather anxious about getting hair cuts. After wards she steered me into either her styling the cut or myself to see how all the hair would sit (she didn't tell me this, which again leads to her professionalism). After noticing some incongruities she refused to let me leave until the cut was perfect.  I would recommend her to anyone who is visiting this shop for the first time as I am positive her stellar personality will put you at ease while her abilities will give you a refreshed self image. I've spent 10 years in Sales and Retail Management and it's my personal opinion you have a Rockstar at this store.

Not an actual barber shop so you cant expect the same results but they do a great job. Been there many times and will continue going.
