11-24-17 Erica cut my 12 yr old grandson, Cameron's hair and his neck.He has 5-6 serious bleeding cuts on his neck. Erica pulled his hair and bumped into him several times. She put alcohol on the cuts which can harm the tissue and delay healing. My son, Jason Joyner, paid $19 before realizing how bad he injury was. He has contacted Corporate with nothing done to date. Supercuts on Hodges is awful. Litigation may have to occur for retribution. Be aware of the abuse at Supercuts. Receipt and photos prove abuse. Please share and repost.

Went in to get a quick trim and didn't have the patience to wait to get in with my normal ladies. (Which WONT EVER happen AGAIN!) She was friendly but she completely butchered my hair! She attempted to give me long layers and thin it out! Needless to say I had to go get it fixed and now with paying for 2 haircuts within a week($50!) Soooo I learned the hard way-NEVER LET JUSTANYONE TOUCH MY HAIR!

The woman who did my hair was clearly very new, and I don't blame her for that, but I literally just spent over an hour in there getting a trim up on my (already very short) hair. I chose from one of the cuts in their lookbook thing, but it ended up nothing like it, and for some reason she had huge trouble trying to get it even; she kept having to call the more experienced woman over to check her work. I'm sure the other stylists are great, but I won't be going back to this location.
