I had an appointment with Pam for a haircut, 20 minutes before the appointment I called the salon to let them know that I would be 15 minutes late. In the meantime I guess she took on another client. That would have been fine if she had let me know that she had taken on someone else and my appointment would be pushed back. So when I show up 15 minutes later, she acknowledges me and continues to work on the other client leaving me waiting for 45 minutes without a word of explanation. I kept waiting thinking she had to put the finishing touches on a previous appointment's hair but I was wrong! I was going on vacation for a week the next day and absolutely needed to get my hair done so I actually kept waiting thinking she would be done soon. After 45 minutes of waiting I simply walked out and went to Beauty First in the St John's Town Center. Try Chris there, I have to thank Pam for helping me find my new stylist. I loved him! To be fair to Caio Bella, the other stylists there might be good, and the lady I called to complain about Pam seemed genuinely sorry about my terrible experience. I found Pam highly unprofessional.

I made an appointment with Amanda because I saw her name on the Paul Mitchell website.. and... I am so glad I did.. I always change stylist because I feel my hair always lacks something new.. She did exactly what I wanted and more.. the color looks great.. my highlights look amazing.. everyone at work asks me who did my hair!!! I cant speak for anyone else at the salon because I have only seen Amanda!!

The staff at Ciao Bella always fits me in with my busy business schedule and always takes care of me.  Jimi always does a great cut and makes sure I am taken care of.  I do feel comfortable going to any of the staff there knowing they are all trained professionals. Highly recommend Ciao Bella!

 I was frustrated with my old stylist then came across an Ad that read Looking for a New Look? So I booked my first appointment...Pamella has been doing my hair for about six months and I couldn't ask for a better hairdresser. She's professional,keeps up with the latest trend,and is great with cuts and color.
