1 star only because it won't allow a 0! Was told 20 minutes to get my sons hair cut. At the 20 minute mark some guy calls in and sets an appointment fast forward to 45 minutes on the bench still waiting and in walks the guy who called 25 mins ago. The same guy that called in while I was waiting 20 minutes cuts in front of my son and another customer just because he called.... Worst customer service ever!! I'm all for calling and making an appointment but how are you going to skip the customers already waiting just because the other guy called?!? My 8 year old who was told it would be 20 minutes, was now at the 1 hour mark when they allowed the other guy to cut in line, my son looks at me and says dad let's leave I was next.. Don't waste your time or money

Have been there twice. Only because great clips was busy. Should have waited, doesnt matter how long it would take you, just get a haircut in another place. Hair will be growing off for much longer. The lady with BMI around 30-40 has no clue what she is doing. Like 1st time holding a machine. Asked me if I'm satisfied with her 4 on top. I asked her to go over with 4 again. And wow! Chunks of hair are falling of my head. That is such a rediculous attitude. Other places check the length so many times, making sure it's even. On top of that, when I got home I realized a forehead line is so freaking high, that the area where hair grow was clean. I hope management reads that.
