I recently got a perm from them and all she said was well your hair is bleached (which it's been bleached for years) but let's go wash it and get started so we did. At the end my hair was fried and falling out and mind you my hair is shoulder length and and not thick so there for it should have been $40 but I ended up walking out paying $90 and hair breakage. When I went back to talk to the manager for a refund he said there was nothing they could do for me.

My husband and I went there. Way over priced. Did as little as possible. I was getting a pedicure and she didn't even turn on the spa part until I asked her about it. She didn't put the toe separaters between my toes and my polish got messed up. The guy did my nails and 1 nail got messed up so he just added more polish until it was so thick it had wrinkles in it when it finally dried and it took about 3 hours before it was dried all the way. So many things were wrong I can't even list them all. We will not go back to them!
