I don't remember their names, but i went to get my 2 boys hair done. The young lady who did my youngest sons hair did good but she didn't talk much...the one who did my older sons hair did a bad job...she was so focused flirting with this male customer that she really didn't pay attention to my son's hair...the male customer came back with a coffee for her and she completely forgot about my son and went to talk to him...maybe if she would of stopped flirting with a married guy (and i know this because she told me) the haircut would of been better...the lady who did my younger sons hair had to end up fixing my older sons hair...at least she tried...im only giving it 3 stars because of the young lady who did my younger sons hair...other then that...not a good experience!

The only one we will even attempt to see is Kristin, otherwise, sad but true you will be gravely disappointed, we unfortunately have had cuts from 3 other people, and Kristin had to fix it every time. 
Men's cuts no problem for anyone there, but women's or girls, Kristin only.

I've never had an issue with customer service at this location but twice now I stopped by the store (after checking in on the app) only to see that they were closed. The official hours are 9-9 on weekdays. When I showed up Wednesday at 4:30 there were two handmade signs. One said the temporary store hours are 10-7 on weekdays and one saying that they closed at 5 pm. Good luck figuring out when their real store hours are.

The girl who did my hair didn't do very well (that became more apparent once I went home) but for the most part the stylists were in good spirits & I'm willing to give someone else a chance.

The lady who greeted me was sarcastically rude when I made a request for one of the others and I politely apologized. She made clear that I knew she was not offended. "I'm not offended. Psh! Me offended? I don't care what YOU do. Ain't gonna offend me." Then walked off.

... awkward...

But other than that, it was nice to be in an environment where they genuinely get along, listen to music, and care about your hair cut. They all paid very close attention to the details of the client in front of them and I find that it's hard to find a place where so many people are so good for such an affordable rate.

I went there once and had a really nice girl she also gave me a free hair wash on her. So I went back, I had a different girl cut my hair. She was a little rude and not friendly but as long as she did a good job on my hair, it didn't bother me too much.  So I thought she did a good job... Until I got home and washed it and noticed it was all choppy and NOT the same length! So So disappointed!
